Sadly I walked out with very knotty hair from a head massage while my lashes were setting. It was an uncomfortable experience. I wasn’t asked many questions around what I wanted with my lash tint. I can see about 2/3rds of my lashes are tinted which I understand can’t be completely tinted to the root however have never had this issue before. I am overall not very happy with the lift in my lashes, they only look slightly lifted and these won’t last me very long.

Normally really happy with the service and treatment at Carindale. Had a different consultant this time and she was rude and awful. I was tempted to walk our half way through. I didn’t pay to have them be sarcastic and condescending.
