I booked thisnappt through red balloon and received confirmation of my appointment. I then received an sms from Ella Bache to confirm the booking. On completion of my facial I was charged the full amount and the red ballon voucher was not accepted as the staff said they hadn’t received notification from red balloon even though I had the physical Voucher printed and presented. It was very disappointing after a lovey facial

Therapist was lovely and professional, however my 60 minute massage was more like a 50 minute massage. During the massage a phone alarm went off and it was a long time before it was turned off - definitely killed the chill vibe!

I asked to NOT have my eyebrows "chopped" short when waxing and the lady did not listen and therefore "chopped" short my eyebrows !!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL - BUT - she was very sorry and did a good job waxing the rest of me - but I'll not return to this salon again.

I was given a voucher as a birthday present. The therapist was sweet and helpful, however I was left unattended quite a bit during the facial. The music was not working, which also made it hard to relax. On the whole though, the massage was good and my skin was glowing when I left.
