Lisa in particular is always helpful and sensitive to the needs of her clients and she provides useful advice about skincare and assorted products. I have been using Tranquility for years and would highly recommend them.

The staff are lovely every time I go in. Very professional and personable staff that make you feel at ease. The service is always wonderful and the result is always great. Making appointments is very easy and simple and they are a great option in advance or a last minute appointment if they have them available. I only wish the modesty towel was bigger so it actually covered you and that the table wasn't just the vinyl. I understand the need for sanitisation after each client you just sweat and stick to it that's all.

I look forward to attending my appointments every time. The staff are welcoming and professional, there is no “hard sell” in relation to products or services. Over time there is a family atmosphere which is relaxing and friendly. I was very happy to find this salon and its lovely staff.

As usual I had a great experience. Lilka is always friendly and professional and gives great after care advice. Lisa took payment and is always so lovely and it is nice that she takes the time for a quick chat to check in on how you are going. The refurbishment is beautiful and fresh and there is a such a positive and friendly vibe among the staff that you sense the moment you walk in which is nice to see.
