I would love to say that I am pleased with my experience but unfortunately that is not the truth. I have been here a handful of times and I have had only one good experience. I got an eyebrow tint, eyebrow wax and lip wax. I have dark hair but that does not mean I want my eyebrows to be black on my face since I have very fair skin. I am not sure if it is because I am young and you do not think that I will say anything or if your staff just wanted to leave for the day and did a half job, but I do not expect to pay $65 to have to go home and fix it up myself. I am not here to say terrible things but I just wanted to express my disappointment and that I do not believe I will be returning. No. 1 I asked for my eyebrows to be natural… very natural. I do not fill my eyebrows in with pencil because they would be too dark so I asked please very natural not too dark. I have asked this multiple times and every time I end up with the darkest tint known to man. I am embarrassed by how I look. I feel like a clown. At least 3 times I have gone home and scrubbed my eyebrows until the colour faded out because it was just too dark. No. 2 the wax job was abysmal. Why should I even pay if I have to go home and fix the whole thing. Literally no difference from when I went in and when I went out. Just I’m $65 poorer. The wax that was being used was not very hot at all and I counted how long my technician put it on for before taking it off and it was around 2-3 seconds. How can the lukewarm wax even grip to the hair and follicle properly especially if you rip it off seconds later without letting it set. Then to finish the lady began plucking my face but she did not take a single hair with her just made a lot of noise with the tweezers, because when I came home there were hairs everywhere. I asked the lady to pluck some of my eyebrows in the middle because it was uneven and she said she couldn’t she had to cut them. I am just confused by that because others have done that for me before? My lady did not wipe my face or ask if I wanted soothing cream just simply told me to go pay. I was in and out of there in around 15mins from which should have been a 30min appointment. I would suggest some serious training for staff and respect for their customers especially if they are young. I understand everyone is human but the lack of care has cemented my decision to take my business elsewhere. I hope this review gives feedback on where you as a business could improve and does not just get deleted because it shines a bad light on you. Bad reviews can help improve the business because I would hate for anyone else to have the experience that I have had here.

My visit today wasn’t the best. You were short staffed- nobodys fault. Alice had to keep excusing herself to go and see to reception. The room was freezing cold, the music playing was way too loud. $50 spent on eyebrows that I didn’t care what they looked like I just wanted to leave.

Kaity is very good. Always have good, friendly, professional service from her. Prices are too high. I would pay the new prices at Brazilian Beauty because they do a very thorough job. I’m not prepared to hand over my credit card details to secure my booking when I have a medical condition that can flare up without notice. That was the last straw for me switching salons to somewhere closer to home and a lot cheaper.

Really lovely service from Gwen so professional and also very friendly, kind and calming. The noise from the room next door with people talking was disturbing but only happened a few time. The massage wasn’t firm as requested but overall service was good.

An easier “book now” button on your website would be so helpful. Also the lady today was not able to answer my question about how the brightening facial on offer helps with pigmentation but did kindly recommend I could change it to a peel facial. Lovely staff always and so friendly.
