The customer service I received couldn't be faulted. Lisa was friendly, courteous and respectful. I was a little disappointed though with the overall result of the treatment I purchased, however when the the staff were made aware they contacted me and offered to address the issue. On my return visit I was once again treated with courtesy and respect. The young beauty therapist not only fixed the issue, she listened, didn't judge and provided me with suggestions and advice to assist me in the future. I have no reservations in recommending Tranquility at Mt Ommaney to friends and family, and will be happy returning there myself.

Chantal and Kaity are incredibly talented with eyebrows. They show a great attention to detail and doing incredible eyebrow shaping.

The staff and the service they provide is always excellent and very helpful. One suggestion I would make, however, is that there is only very limited seating if you have to wait a few minutes for your appointment. On a few occasions I have had to stand and there is nowhere really to do that without feeling like you are in the way.

I have always been happy with the service and the pleasant staff at Tranquility Mount Ommaney. The facial waxing is quick and pain free and my eyelash tinting never leaves a sore redness of the eyes, which I am very happy with. Professional staff make it a pleasure to keep coming back.
