After booking an appointment some 7 days in advance with a certain staff member, I found it rather strange when I arrived at the salon for my appointment to be called in for my appointment by a different member of your team to say that she would be looking after me today. At no time was I given an explanation as to why the person I had booked was not available. I was satisfied with the service I received on the day.

All the girls are lovely and friendly. The remodelling has definitely paid off with a fresh inviting environment. All services I have received have been excellent, with the staff explaining any treatments or results with me. Always a pleasure to visit here and receive a treatment or little pampering. They also make a mean cappucino!!

I had the unique to you facial and it was incredibly relaxing! My skin now feels dewy and plump and I was given some sample products to try at home which I’m very excited to try.
