I had a spray tan and loved the colour but when I got home from the tan I realised half of my arm had been missed.. I live 25mins from Traralgon so was not worth coming back in for

Needs more of a personal touch. It was my first visit and I just felt like a number. Friendly staff but could be more interactive with the client. Was left alone for certain parts of the treatment when that would have been a great opportunity to sell the business more. However left happy with the quality of the treatment.

Please, always make sure there is someone on reception to greet clients. Can you supply a better quality of magazine for clients to read. Your's are getting quite tatty and they are all of the same type. Some variety would be greatly appreciated.

used to be my favrorite place to visit, will no longer be coming back due to tammy leaving.. Very disappointing for the business to loose such a big part!
