First time Cutting my hair really short. The guy did make me a little nurvois as he had trouble blending the layers in. My mum's hair hairdresser by trade and was not impressed as it's not blended very well at all you can see my layers are chopd scared to come back in as I don't want to go shorter to fix it.

I was happy my appointment was not cancelled,however a courtesy would have been to inform me on arrival that the stylist I booked with was not doing my hair that day.First I knew about it was when someone I didn’t know started doing my hair.Happy enough with result,but ? what was name of that stylist.

The service and experience were amazing. The haircut was good until I straightened my hair at home and I notice some cut were uneven and some strands looked like it was accidentally cut that’s why it’s shorter than the others. But overall I wouldn’t try to make a big deal out of it, just give some staff more training cos the one who cut my hair was new and probably needs more experience. Haircut also was quite expensive

I do find they are always running late with appointments and just getting foils and cut for short hair has taken up to 5 to 6 hours which in opinion is way too long. You are never assigned to one person. You are sometimes left waiting half through a cut whilst they go and attend to someone else which is very frustrating. You pay top prices and I expect better service.

The haircut was choppy & that lady hairdresser is not good at boys cutting. Bad patches & uneven cut. Usually I am happy with the service but this time was very disappointing.

Renecia was great and done a great job. I would highly recommend her. The treatment I received from the front desk lady was poor and very belittling, which I why I will never recommend vogue to any of my friends. If you prefer to not style adrican hair at your salon please stop clients at the door before seating the. Do not tell me that the end of my service "this type of hair I would have charged more but you the stylists friend so you get a discount". Ive got no problem paying for my hair but that comment was not necessary and it made me feel like shit. I will never visit vague again.
