Friends I would recommend to Vivid but family - no. They have their own ideas and the hair dressers they want so I will not upset my family by trying to get them to change. I have noissues with Vivid have always been very friendly and attentive to what I require and/or to any advice I ask for. thanks to the team at Vivid.
