Very friendly staff, attentive and very helpful, great convenient location (would still come back if I lived further away though), modern and welcoming premises. I like the personal touches including appointment reminder, setting up appointments for future etc. As for improvements, this is a tough one, but I'd go out on a stretch and say: tea/coffee/cool drink on arrival? newspaper to read/flick through while waiting? beer or wine (now that's a stretch!)
