The girls at Urban Chic are lovely. They seem to genuinely love their job and are extremely professional but friendly. The coffee and biscuits are always welcome too!

I can't praise Amy and her team enough for their excellent customer service. I have never walked away from that salon feeling mistreated or unhappy with the results achieved. Amy is such a fantastic operator that she even put up with me sending her SMSs on Good Friday because I was desperate to book in! She followed through with a booking that Tuesday, that is what you call excellent customer service.
