I have been going to Urban Chic for the past 2 years after deciding to change from my hairdresser of 20years. Big decision and I have not regretted it. My requests have always been received with intuitive consultation and not been discounted. I was wanting to transition to a more natural colour (grey) after over 30 years of colouring my hair which was dark Auburn. Very happy with result. Whilst haven't yet decided to go the whole grey look my lightening foils are making it easier to accept the natural look whilst still looking good.
