It is always a pleasure to have my hair cut and/or coloured at Urban Chic. The girls provide such a pleasant experience and I am always extremely happy with my hair cut.

Apart from outstanding hair care at all times, the staff at Urban Chic will always work around changes to appointments made by me at short notice. I think that this salon sets the benchmark for customer service.
