The haircut itself was good, I just felt like the hairdresser wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible. I also know it might be assumed knowledge that the conditioning treatment costs extra, but it would be nice for salons to mention it.

having to wait 45 minutes between colour and hair cut was annoying......maybe don't book appointments so close to each other.....still really happy with the service...colour and cut

I got my first haircut at Urban Chic today and absolutely loved it. Fiona was so lovely and so attentive to my concerns. She managed to fix a really bad haircut that I thought there was no solution for. Will definitely come back.

I have loved coming here for many years now but lately have found it to be really expensive. My cut and colour the other day was $320! And whilst this included the olaplex, I didn’t get a blow dry.
