Have been an Urban Chic client for many years. Always amazing service and enthusiastic to make me look the best I can every time. Staff change, but always respect, advice, encouragement and professional expertise and recognition make me feel a valued client. I'm lucky to be able to work full-time, so my hair care appointments must fit in with my schedule. I respect the extended hours that Amy's salon provides and their flexibility to look after me. I encourage potential clients to develop a relationship with this salon. 74yo very happy client.

I always love my visits to Urban Chic. All the lovely girls are extremely talented stylists. You are made to feel pampered during your visit. It’s a very friendly environment. You are offered beverages and snacks whilst you are having your hair expected styled. It’s a 10 out of 10 experience😊

The salon was busy today, but the noise level was extreme, not relaxing. The constant changing of staff, the level of experience of the people washing hair (water splashing from one basin to next chair), water running down my neck, splashing into eyes, as soon as one massage chair is turned in, every chair vibrates….. none of that is relaxing. Pleased with my colour, Thankyou Maddy, but heard she’s leaving. I had foils this time, but even so was shocked by the $418 cost.

Michelle was fantastic. She did an amazing job on my hair. Will definitely be booking in with her again. The overall environment/staff was lovely.
