Urban Chic is a professional, high quality hairdressing service. The staff are friendly, professional and very skilled. Amy, who is my hairdresser is exceptionally skilled and maintains high standards in the salon as the owner. I find my visits completely without stress and am very pleased with the finished product. I have no hesitation in recommending the salon to my family and friends.

I had such a great treatment and hair cut from Annie. She really took time to understand what I wanted and I'm so pleased with the outcome. She also gives a wonderful head massage!

The team at Urban Chic always delivers. From the moment you arrive until you leave, they are professional, friendly and responsive. They offer suggestions backed by detailed knowledge and experience. Whether it be a regular visit or, as happened late last year, an emergency rescue after a visit to another salon for a formal styling went wrong (what was my daughter thinking!!), they go above and beyond to offer the best possible service.

I don't get my hair done often and had had a bad experience at a different salon. I was hesitant to get my hair done again, but after reading some reviews I thought Urban Chic looked good, so I made an appointment. The staff at Urban Chic were amazing and made me feel at ease. The salon is lovely and the advice from my stylist, Sass, was professional, considerate and on point. My hair (cut, colour and treatment) looks and feels amazing. It's exactly what I wanted. I am very happy and would definitely recommend.
