The reason I scored low on referral is that it’s an expensive salon and none of my family and most of my friends would not be able to afford it. That’s the only reason. Everything is great at the salon.

Annie is always amazing. She does magic with hair and works hard to get the look you want. Would 100% recommend her to people but that would make her harder to book in to!

Annie is amazing. She listens to clients needs and makes thoughtful suggestions to ensure the best outcome. I always walk away from Urban Chic with a spring in my step that has as much to do with the experience as it does to do with my refreshed hair!!
