My first experience recently at Urban Chic was so favourable that I decided at the end of my visit to make the salon my permanent choice. I was very unhappy with my hair when I attended the salon. Amy suggested a new style for me, added some fabulous colour and showed me how to maintain the style at home. All the staff were efficient, professional and pleasant. I was very impressed with my whole experience and left the salon a very satisfied client.
