Comment
The service is quality when you see someone, however, I have found on many occasions, the appointment can be very late to start (sometimes up to 45 min wait) which is frustrating after leaving work early to get there on time. There isn't always consistency in quality either, on 2 occasions, the outcome hasn't met expectations (hair dye fades and greys show vs long term colour stay, despite emphasising goal each time), which doesn't equal value for money for satisfaction unfortunately.
