My first appointment at urban chic was amazing. I was feeling nervous as I had never been there before and hadn’t had my hair done in about 6 months. The vibe in the salon was great and it had such a nice feel to it. Annie sat down with me and discussed what I was wanting to achieve with my hair - she was so friendly and knew her stuff so my nerves went out the door. I’m over the moon with my colour and will definitely be back! Also a fan of the massage chairs!!
