Comment
This is my 3rd or 4th visit and whilst I have full confidence in your skills and professionalism I feel that most of the staff look a bit busy and stressed and not overly friendly environment. Also my hair service takes longer than anywhere I've ever been. This all makes me feel a bit agitated by the end of the visit.
