Annie is an amazing hairdresser. She ensures I am comfortable and informed, she is patient and knowledgeable. My hair is improving with each visit to her. I was seeing a different hairdresser at Urban Chic previously, and I was about to give up and move salons when she left. I have been seeing Annie for about 6 months, and I am very happy. Hair is always expensive - but I think Urban Chic is priced to suit the market. I don't love moving chairs throughout my service - not enough to mention it, except that I received this specific request for feedback! :)
