Oksana was - once again - absolutely amazing. She takes the time to listen to what I want and offers her input which is greatly appreciated considering her level of knowledge and expertise, plus her experience. She’s so friendly and I look forward to my hair appointment because I know her advice is genuine. I always buy extra products following her advice but she never felt pushy and or I never felt like she was “selling me stuff”. She genuinely cares about her customers and it’s much appreciated.
