I had to wait more than half an hour for my hairdresser. I explained that I wanted to keep the same colour just attend the roots. Hairdresser decided that I needed full head foils which I do not think it was necessary and as a result it change the colour which is not much lighter which I did not want. When it came to the hair cut I requested to have a trim only with only 1 cm off but again the hairdresser decided to cut it shot particularly around my ears which does not suit me. Finally, I nearly fainted with the price surely it was not worth nearly $500. I don't think I will be returning.
