I absolutely love the new hair style and colour; however, I was beyond shocked at the price - $500...and my hair is short! The cost wasn't made clear to me when I arrived and whilst the stylist explained the steps in the colouring process and the products to be used, she didn't indicate that each step had an expensive $ value attached to it. Had I known I would have just had the colour, foils and cut option with no "extras". I won't be going back unfortunately as I love the cut and colour, but I don't think it is value for money. I think the company should do its' due diligence and be up front about how much a cut and colour is going to cost at the beginning of the consult so that customers have an opportunity to negotiate the level of products used. I wasn't aware that going in for a new colour and cut, on short hair, would end up costing so much.
