I went in to get my roots and greys touched up today. I went in blonde and I left brunette with grey streaks. This is by far the worst my hair has ever looked and I'm shocked by how bad of a job she did. I will attach before and after photos. She completely covered all my blonde and gave me no dimension at all. I now have brown hair and two streaks in the front. It is extremely time consuming and expensive and damages the hair so much to get to the shade of blonde I had before coming in. I would like it to be fixed by someone else.
