Dina is a good hairdresser and Ulms is a relaxing place to get your hair done. I'm very happy going there for my regular hair cuts and colour. The prices are reasonable too.

Good job correcting Color but at 375$$ I'd at least expect a deep treatment after several bleachings which was not done.

The colour correction turned out fab, glad you are pleased with the result. We did in fact do a reconstructive treatment for you as we always would to restore the condition of your hair. While we would usually apply a treatment at your seat with a relaxing massage, this was done for you at the basin (without the massage) as your scalp would have been sensitive following the lightening services applied. Apologies if this was not communicated clearly to you.

My experience overall was pretty bad. I asked for a certain amount of hair to be cut off and she cut off double that amount. I also asked for layers and not a dead straight blunt chop and I received a dead straight blunt chop. Pretty disappointed as I couldn’t speak up because I couldn’t see the back of my head. Not sure why she went beyond what I said and cut off half my hair, as I wanted length and received very far from that.
