The staff at Ulms hair were welcoming, friendly and warm from the moment I walked in and contributed to a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Dina in particular provided excellent service and advice, ensuring that I was happy with everything along the process. I was extremely impressed with the overall result, as I have had many unsatisfying outcomes in other salons previously. Very happy with my hair cut and style. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

After 13 years of going to the same hairdresser I made the difficult decision in late 2013 to change. I needed a salon with more flexible hours and someone who could give me a more current cut. Ulms and in particular Graham were recommended by a friend I trust. I have now had 5 cuts from Graham and continue to get compliments about my cut and colour which makes me feel great! I find that the time it takes me to dry and style my own hair is less as the cut works with my hair, not against it. I have also found that I can almost always get the appointment I want, even with only a few days notice. I am a very happy customer.

I needed to find a new salon as my hairdresser had gone on maternity leave. I was impressed by Ulms, a very welcoming and comfortable space. I was very happy with the colour of my hair and thought it was excellent value for money when other salons would charge double for the service. Have already booked my next appointment. Thanks team :)

I was seen by Michelle, I asked for layers and a little length cut off. She did an amazing job. I was nervous as previous hairdressers I've seen haven't been great but the experience here was fantastic. I absolutely love my haircut and it's thanks to Michelle!
