The only reason that the salon didnt receive "10" for all was that on the day of my appointment the staff were extremely loud and noisy - the salon wasnt busy and although there should be a great happy vibe, some of the staff were very loud

The staff are so friendly and welcoming, its like catching up with old friends. A great coffee, up to date gossip mags and a fab hairdo as well.

I will start by saying my hair is quite specific. It is very straight and hard to curl and have it hold. I guess if it holds longer than 2 days its a 10. It is not very often a stylist can make this happen first visit - its usually on the third...but I will be back and Ive booked in for my colour :)
