Really enjoy my visits to The Basin and I'm a devoted fan with regular appointments every month. The only thing that would make the experience even more enjoyable is to not be kept waiting for 15 - 20 minutes for the appointment to start. While my wonderful hairdresser is always apologetic and I'm treated to a coffee and a magazine while I wait in the chair, it'd be my preference just to start on time, or soon thereabouts. I completely understand that everyone is doing their best and working hard so this isn't a complaint by any means. If possible, a curtesy call to let me know that the hairdresser is running at least 15 minutes late would be fabulous.
