Emily has been styling & colouring my hair for the past couple of years. She is exceptional! Really professional, attentive, creative and really works with you to achieve the best style and colour that suits you. I do think the prices are on the higher side but you really get what you pay for!

The lady who washed my hair was a little bit rough. Especially with the head massage. Maybe she is used to washing men's hair. It wasn't a problem, but a bit gentler would have been preferable.

I have always enjoyed my time at The Basin ,Steve and his staff are always welcoming and friendly smiles all around. The coffee is not bad either .

The stylists and assisting staff are always lovely. The waiting area is comfortable and there are a nice mix of mags to inspire. I notice the lighting sometimes feels a little hard on the face when looking in the mirrors (a combination of age and fatigue?!) I wonder if making long-time customers or subscribers special offers by pairing services (eg. hair cut/colour and tan for summer, cut/blow dry and brow shaping for winter), might make the regular appointment a bit more exciting?

Chloe is outstanding as a person and hairdresser. Just so value the way she cares for my family. Not sure I like the new look Salon but that could be me !!
