All the staff at the basin are lovely, my hairdresser really tries to listen and understand what I want from my haircut (and colour) even if it's nothing very exciting, and she wants to make sure I understand too. I think everyone is very professional yet friendly. I have received compliments on my hair from the first visit to the salon, including my mother who is very critical! And the nice coffees are a bonus. No complaints.

Having attended The Basin during one of their busy periods, Jo (my hair technician for my appointment), was very attentive to my requirements for my hair cut and did a fantastic job of my colour. Thank you for your excellent customer service - it was a positive experience at the salon for me!
