As a first time visitor to Basin I must commend you on your excellent customer service. It was so refreshing to be greeted professionally on arrival, and treated with so much care and respect throughout my appointment. By chatting to my hairdresser I was impressed by the measures that the owners of the business appear to take to ensure a productive, supportive, friendly and professional environment for their staff to work in. This was evident in the level of activity and buzz in the salon during my visit. Also, the rewards offered to repeat customers is a great way to encourage customer loyalty. Thanks for the nurturing experience

A great haircut, and generally a friendly, high quality environment. Just not sure about the persistent hard sell of products.

Always warmly welcomed, offered a drink and appointment time honoured. I enjoy being spoken to about my requirements and supported. Staff are very talented with their hairdressing skills.

I'm a hard marker, so I don't give tens away easily. For me, one of the best things is the conversation with Stephen. Its a lot more entertaining than "got much on today?" etc.
