It is not often that you can find a hairdresser that gets it so right the very first time you choose them but today this happened for me! The service, style and class that was represented at the Basin was truly outstanding! I am grateful to have found such a professional, affordable and trustworthy salon - special thanks to Lan I am so happy with my style.

SO super happy with the salon and specifically my hairdresser here, Crystal - couldn't be happier to recommend them to anyone. Being new to Adelaide I was nervous at finding a good salon to become my regular, and I feel extremely lucky to have gone to Basin in the first place, as I won't ever need to go anywhere else. The staff are SO friendly and nice, they really listen to what you want/need and nothing is too much trouble. Absolutely fabulous!

Lauren completed and excellent service not only very professional but my foils were perfect. I know this as i was a hairdresser for 25 yrs. Well done Lauren I would of been more then happy to pay for this treatment.

I was treated with great respect and courtesy today, even though I was actually a model for Lauren, so didn't have to pay. However, I am so pleased with the way my hair was styled, Lauren is a beautiful cutter, I will gladly come back as a paying customer. I was well looked after by Lauren Chloe and Emily H, I felt very comfortable trying out a new style after the girls explained how the end result would look and the colour is great. Thank you so much girls, you made my day!
