Great service and the complimentary tea and coffee is delicious! I have had a number of different hairdressers and they have all been great so far! Loved my chair massage during the hair wash and a brief head massage is very relaxing! Always look forward to going there for my next appointment :-)

Yes, I could pay less for a haircut but included in the price is more than just a haircut. I'm always greeted by a smile and friendly hello from the girls at the desk, I love having my morning coffee while sitting down with a magazine in hand and chatting about my hair. I get my back and head massaged in the chair at the basin while my hair is washed, again by a nice person. Steve always sits down when he's talking to me and takes the time to listen to what I want and then his 30 years of experience plays out in the advice he gives me about colour, cut and a longer term view than just today's haircut. Finally, I like the colours and when it is applied it doesn't seem to take my breath away like others I've had in the past.
