I've been going to the Basin for years and still really look forward to my hair appointments with Mel. I am always happy with my hair after appointments and every one is so friendly. Like every thing you get what you pay for but generally having your hair done regularly has become quite an expensive thing in most salons. But I'm worth it!!

To be honest, Susan is the reason I am a customer at The Basin, because she understands my hair, and I love her cuts and colours. Her customer service is second to none, and over the years we have become great friends. Having said that, she is a part of a friendly terrific team and the whole salon gives off a good vibe!

The hair outcome is the main thing but you shouldn't underestimate the "additional service" of a cup of coffee on arrival and a head massage when getting your hair washed. Keep up the good work.
