Lauren coloured and cut my hair today and did an amazing job. I was taking the plunge of going from long hair to short and she was so encouraging and agreed it would look good. She made me feel so much better about chopping all my hair off and I was so relaxed. The colour is beautiful and I am absolutely in love with my new cut. Thank you so much Lauren! Can't wait for my next visit!

From the moment you walk into the Basin Hairdressers you feel very special. All the staff are wonderful and friendly. I see Cloe, who, what can I say except she is awesome. She listens, is kind and funny, just an incredibly lovely girl. I feel so relaxed and well cared for. I am so happy with the haircuts, colours and styling. The best Hairdressers I have ever been to. I would rate my overall experience as a 10/10
