I booked my appointment back in December using the online booking system but when I rang to confirm the appointment, was told that the booking had not been received on the system. Thankfully I was able to be slotted in with Jo at a later time slot on the same day. Even though she really didn't have time to do the services I had originally booked for, Jo still went out of her way to make it happen. Thanks Jo - above and beyond, and brilliant as always

The whole "Basin Experience" is amazing. Such friendly, professional staff. Always a delight to walk into the salon. Corina is a shining star! So much so that on my last visit she created a gorgeous colour from my vague description.....we just have to find a name for it! On day one, already have had so many compliments, so thank you so much.
