I arrived at the salon yesterday as a brand new client and was greeted most beautifully by the lovely attendant at the customer service desk. I was then introduced to the gorgeous Jess who listened to my hair story and trust me my hair was not in a good way, who then went about transforming my wild head of hair into the best hair I have had in a very long time. I am over the moon as I was seriously starting to live a reclusive life in an effort to find a good hairdresser! I had the most amazing experience at The Basin Haircutters and I look forward to a great relationship with the fabulous Jess. Thank you so so much!!

Lahn did a fantastic job. Some people have asked me whether I had my hair coloured. The answer is no and the 'look' is all in the cut and the style. : )

I love Sam and her way with my hair๐Ÿ˜She knows how to cut my hair so amazingly ๐Ÿ˜„ I was surprised though how much blonde I lost this visit when I'd been working towards more whiter blonde streaks. I love my cut but just had to come to terms around the fact that was actually dark again, not blonde as I had come in like. All is well and will work towards blonder again next time ๐Ÿ˜˜

I was attended to very promptly and looked after with water, coffee etc., and offered more if needed. Staff were great as always.
