Love the complimentary drinks at the salon. I have seen several hairdressers at this salon and they are equally as lovely and chatty as each other. Love my experiences with professional and friendly staff. Could not recommend this salon more!

Since discovering the Basin, I have been extremely satisfied with the professionalism and friendly staff. Helen at the front desk is amazing along with the various staff who have been taking care of my needs since visiting the salon. The staff are always so accommodating and happy and its obvious there is a lot of respect within the team for each other. I always leave the salon feeling revived and happy with the results and have recommended to others. Location for me is also an added bonus and the after business hours service is great when you work full time. Thanks awesome team!!
