I was so pleased to have found a hairdressors that matched my expectations based on recommendations made to me. I found the advise was accurate and client focused. I felt like my needs and questions were listened to and time was taken to understand what I wanted and talk through my options. The overall quality of my cut, colour and the client experience as a whole was fantastic. I also really appreciated the new client pack and will definitely be rebooking.

Everything about Basin haircuts is amazing! Everyone is lovely, the head massage is to die for and the hairdressers always make me feel really excited about having my hair cut and make it feel special. I always walk out of my appointments feeling uplifted and pretty. The quality of haircuts is always perfect!
