I haven't been to the Basin in many, many years and I'm not sure if there are new owners since I went in the past but I went in a little unsure as I have anxiety and find getting my hair done a quite vulnerable experience.. From the genuinely happy to see me lady behind the front desk to meeting my stylist Luke and just absolutely adoring him! Luke listened to what I wanted had great communication and littarly went above and beyond to have me leaving there feeling a million bucks, for a very surprisingly good price. Looking forward to my next visit!

Always a relaxing and friendly experience. Especially love the head massage, glass of wine and delicious nibbles platter. Oh yes, my hair looks great as well 😊!

After several years of cuts and colour at Basin I can report that the experience is always the same - fantastic. My hair has never felt or looked better. I find it a happy place and all the staff members are switched on and totally well informed, which no doubt reflects the owners. Prices are very good and the product range is excellent. Alice, Mimi and Helen are wonderful. Thankyou Basin!
