I loved the staff and the welcome I received was so lovely. I do feel the value for money wasn’t great. I received a long hair blow dry and I knew it was going to be around $85 dollars. However if I wanted a wave it was going to be an extra $36. Other salons I have been to have done a wash and blow dry with a wave for much less

Really lovely experience. Ebony was very thorough with explaining the process and spent hike talking with me about my color and cut. I felt heard and taken care of. Really great salon. In love with my hair x

Will never go to any other hair salon but The Basin. Exceptionally kind, brilliant humans who make everyone look and feel wonderful. Always leave feeling amazing.
