Emily has been styling & colouring my hair for the past couple of years. She is exceptional! Really professional, attentive, creative and really works with you to achieve the best style and colour that suits you. I do think the prices are on the higher side but you really get what you pay for!

I always enjoy the friendly service & my daughter recomended The Basin to me & I am so glad, as it is close by & today I managed to receive a 20% discount on a wonderful pedicure. All in a hurry from my point of view, but was able to be accomodated. Bargain & excellent friendly service....what more could you want?

I love The Basin! The salon itself has a great atmosphere and the staff are absolutely fantastic. Everyone from the front of house staff to the stylists are helpful, very friendly and excel at what they do. The stylists really listen to you and understand what you want, and then take their time to make sure they do a good job. There are so many little extras that make the salon special too, like the massage chairs, coffee and tea and nice music! I have always had amazing haircuts and a great experience at The Basin, I truly can't imagine going anywhere else.

Such a great experience. Customer service is second to none and lovely products used. Fantastic beauty services offered and who doesn't love a massage whilst getting their hair washed??
