Ive been going to The Basin now for over 3 years & my experience has always been fabulous. The staff there are extremely friendly & really know how to make you feel comfortable. From the moment you walk in, to the moment you walk out, they are on top of all your needs. The highlight for me is the amazing head massage I receive jn the massage chair each time I go....its sooo good! One very happy customer!!!

I really appreciate the personal, quiet, unhurried, friendly attention I get when I visit The Basin. My life is demanding and stressful and to be treated with personal dialogue, eye-contact, fresh coffee and un-hurried beautification is absolute luxury and will bring me back over and over! I don't mean to be un-caring, but I really don't need other people's problems; just the luxury of some time away from my own problems.
