I wouldn't go anywhere else and have taken much pleasure in referring friends, collegues and customers to The Basin. ALL the staff are delightful and the ambience in the salon wonderful. (not to mention the yummy coffee!!)

I thoroughly love having my hair done at the Basin haircutters. The only thing I find fault with is the parking availability. Everything else is absolutely fabulous.

HI basin. The end result was great, but i wonder if there isn't a better way to handle the salon being closed on a Monday. i really wanted to get a trim prior to midday, when I had a very important meeting. Even though I left a message on Monday, it wasn't until Tuesday morning that I was contacted to confirm that I could get my trim. I know it might not be possible to check the messages last thing Monday night and do the confirming then , but it would certainly be appreciated by potential customers. Just feedback, don't get too stressed! Oh, and the girl who cut my hair was great .....Lanh???? Fantastic

My haircut by Anita was excellent. She gave advice, is a good listener and responded well to my wishes after good communication took place. Her expertise is appreciated ------ she is an excellent hair stylist. The reward from having my hair styled by Anita is the number of compliments about my hair following the appointment.
