Went from an all over blonde to the ombré brown to blonde. Had my hair trimmed also. Would recommend seeing Chloe as she is experienced and listens closely to what you want.

I've been going to The Basin for years now and I highly recommend! As a client I feel valued, I'm treated very well in a friendly and professional environment. The team at The Basin are up with all the latest hair and style trends and my stylist (who I love) comes up with great suggestions for me to try, plus they do awesome conditioning head massages. It's such a treat to visit!

I was treated with great respect and courtesy today, even though I was actually a model for Lauren, so didn't have to pay. However, I am so pleased with the way my hair was styled, Lauren is a beautiful cutter, I will gladly come back as a paying customer. I was well looked after by Lauren Chloe and Emily H, I felt very comfortable trying out a new style after the girls explained how the end result would look and the colour is great. Thank you so much girls, you made my day!

Service has always been amazing and Emma is the best hairdresser I have ever had and the reason I keep coming back. My hair often gets comments not only by friends and family but from strangers and always asked where I get my hair done. I so happy with everything from this service.

Lauren completed and excellent service not only very professional but my foils were perfect. I know this as i was a hairdresser for 25 yrs. Well done Lauren I would of been more then happy to pay for this treatment.
