I usually receive great service from the Basin however at my last appointment upon leaving, paying at reception and booking another appointment for future, I received attitude and impatience from a hairdresser, waiting for me to finish so she could serve another client.

It is always difficult to assess a hairdresser on the first visit - it takes time to build up that particular relationship, but so far so good! I am happy with the experience and the cut, and I have had several complimentary comments from friends and family. I'll definitely be back. Thank you.

Very happy with the service and the cut and colour, thank you. Great atmosphere, everyone seems to get on really well, genuinely seem to like each other and their work, which is a credit to the owners/managers/bosses whoever, who create such a workplace.
