To be honest, Susan is the reason I am a customer at The Basin, because she understands my hair, and I love her cuts and colours. Her customer service is second to none, and over the years we have become great friends. Having said that, she is a part of a friendly terrific team and the whole salon gives off a good vibe!

Love the way everyone in the salon calls me by my name. From the front desk to staff bringing me a coffee they all know who I am. Very special.
