always a pleasure.... even after 8 weeks, my style looked phenomenal (albeit with a few greys popping through)and lots of hair... a sign of a great hair style if people comment on how good it looks when it is due for a cut.... feel a million dollars (as does my hair ) after the treatment today.... love my visits to the Basin

I rang on Tuesday to book an appointment for the Friday of same week. Sam was more than helpful trying to find someone to book me in for colour and cut. I usually see a principal/senior stylist and for the Friday she offered to book me in with Alice, a stylist. From the minute Alice started my colour I had as much confidence in her as I do in senior stylists. She was also on the same page as me with my cut and offered to style my hair with a curl as I was going out for dinner. I told her curls always drop out of my hair but she was confident it would work. And it did! My hair stilled looked amazing for dinner and now the morning after still has curl left. I will definitely see Alice again, she not only gives a great colour and cut, she holds a good conversation. Thanks a million Alice. I feel a million bucks! Amy xx

I have been having my hair done at the Basin for 12 years and it has always been a "look forward" to experience. In that time I have had my hair done by many different staff members and have never had cause to complain, The "Basin experience" has always been a 10/10 one as the staff make all their clients feel special and pampered.

I had a wonderful experience - my stylist was Taylor she was so professional and welcoming! She understood what I wanted to achieve and helped me understand how we could achieve it. I’ve never had a hairdresser sit down and listen to what I wanted, what my end goal was and go through pinterest pictures to get a proper understanding. The whole team seemed really happy to be there, which was nice to be around! I had even made an error on my online booking but at no point was that an issue - really great relaxing experience :) x
