I always love coming to the basin to have my hair done. Many and her team are the best. The girl who washed my hair was veeygentlenut the massage was great. Sorry cant remember her name ( cherry red hair)

I love going to the Basin.... from the moment I walk in I am made to feel so welcome.... all the staff are lovely, friendly and always make a point of saying hello.....The service is wonderful... everyone is attentive to my needs and I feel so fantastic when I walk out with my new look......

I enjoyed the experience. Zana (attending hair stylist) was very approachable and offered suggestions without any pressure. The whole atmosphere in the salon was warm and welcoming. The final cut and colour met all my expectations. I would also like to say that at first contact by phone the person I spoke with was exceptionally helpful and was able to answer all my queries. She made the experience a very welcoming one.

Zana is my hero. She is very good at fixing my hair when I try another cutter as from now I will continue to get her to cut my hair (my reason for trying someone else is the cost, as I am only on a pension and I have to watch my pennies but I gues you get what you pay for. So Zana is the only stylist I will go to.
